President of The Maldives receives Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz

President of The Maldives Mohammed Nashed received at his presidential office in the Maldives capital of Male' today Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, and the accompanying delegation. Deputy President of The Maldives Dr. Waheed also attended the meeting.
Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz was awarded warm welcome to celebrate his visit.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on a number of issues relating to fraternal relations between the two sisterly countries and ways of enhancing them.
The President highly valued the visit of Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz and lauded the role the Kingdom is playing at all regional and international levels, wishing the Kingdom continuous progress and prosperity.
The President then held a lunch party in honor of Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz and the accompanying delegation.
Then the President bid Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz farewell.
The meeting and the banquet were attended by The Maldives Minister of Economy Mohammed Rasheed; Minister of Health Dr. Amina Jamil; Minister of Interior Mohamed Shihab; Minister of Islamic Affairs Abdulmajeed Abdulbari; The Maldives ambassador to the Kingdom Hussein Shihab; and the Saudi ambassador to the Republic of Sri Lanka and The Maldives Abdulaziz Al-Jamaz.
