Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and President Nguyen Minh Triet of Socialist Republic of Vietnam attended here on Saturday evening the signing of a protocol between the Saudi and Vietnamese governments for cooperation in the field of oil, gas and minerals. They two leaders also attended the signing of a Saudi-Vietnamese agreement on avoiding duplicate taxation and prevention of tax evasion concerning taxes on income as well as a framework agreement for cooperation in the fields of agriculture and livestock and fish resources.
