Four workers were killed on Friday in an early morning fire at Tesoro Corp's 120,000 barrel-per-day Anacortes, Washington, refinery, the worst refinery accident since a March 23, 2005, fire at BP Plc's Texas City, Texas, refinery. Three other workers were critically injured in Friday's fire at the Anacortes refinery and are in a Seattle hospital. It was the worst disaster involving refinery production units since the BP blast, according to a report of Reuters.
