The White House said today that no formal decision has been made to delay a report on whether to declare China a currency manipulator, according to Reuters. The New York Times reported that the Obama administration, seeking to ease relations with Beijing, was deferring the decision until after a visit to Washington later this month by Chinese President Hu Jintao for a nuclear conference. White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said no such decision has been made.
