GCC Secretary General Condemns Moscow Blast

The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Attiyah has condemned Moscow's subway blasts that killed 39 citizens and injured scores of others.
In a statement, the GCC Chief expressed his condolences to the Russian leadership and people, wishing the injured a swift recovery.
Al-Attiyah reaffirmed GCC's stance towards all forms of terrorism, calling for regional and international concerted efforts to combat this dangerous phenomenon, according to a report of Qatar News Agency (QNA).
Two female suicide bombers blew themselves up on packed metro trains in Moscow earlier Monday.
