The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Attiyah has condemned Moscow's subway blasts that killed 39 citizens and injured scores of others. In a statement, the GCC Chief expressed his condolences to the Russian leadership and people, wishing the injured a swift recovery. Al-Attiyah reaffirmed GCC's stance towards all forms of terrorism, calling for regional and international concerted efforts to combat this dangerous phenomenon, according to a report of Qatar News Agency (QNA). Two female suicide bombers blew themselves up on packed metro trains in Moscow earlier Monday.
