The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a message to Libyan President Muammar Al-Qaddafi, who is also President of 22nd Arab Summit currently in progress in the city of Sirte, Libya, in which the King expressed his best wishes for the summit's success. The message also dealt with issues of concern to the two countries and the Arab nation. The message was conveyed by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs and head of the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the summit during a meeting with the Libyan President here on Saturday evening.
