Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, President of Allegiance-Pledge Council sent a cable of condolences to Emir of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the death of Sheikh Fahd Mubarak Al-Nasser Al-Sabah.
Prince Mishaal expressed his heartfelt feelings to the Emir, the family of the deceased and the Kuwaiti people.
