Egyptian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mahmud Mohammed Ouf has thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; and Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior, for the enormous facilitations provided by the Saudi government to transport the coffin of the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Dr. Mohammed Tantawy to Madinah where he was buried at Baqi' cemetery. The Egyptian Ambassador thanked Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region; Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Governor of Makkah Region; and Prince Abdulaziz bin Majid bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Madinah Region, for their efforts to follow-up and facilitate the burial of the Grand Imam. The Egyptian Ambassador thanked all officials and citizens of the Kingdom as well as Arab and foreign ambassadors to the Kingdom for expressing condolences and sympathy on the death of the Grand Imam.
