Under patronage of President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali of the Republic of Tunisia, the meetings of 27th session of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers began here today. Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior and Honorary President of the Council is leading the Kingdom's delegation to the two-day meetings. On behalf of Tunisia's President, the Tunisian Minister of Interior and Local Development Rafik Belhadj Kacem who is also the Representative of President Ben Ali, delivered the key speech before the attendees upon starting the session's meetings. At the outset of his speech, he extended greetings and appreciation of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, highlighting the noble and prudent patronage given by Prince Naif to the Council of Arab Interior Ministers. --More
