Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud said the Arab Interior Ministers Council will discuss all matters concerning the security situation and will approve a strategy for intellectual security. In a statement before leaving for Tunisia today to attend a meeting by the council, he commented on the conception that meetings of the Arab interior ministers aim at bolstering the security of the political regimes saying, "This is has been said before unfortunately. But, it is untrue. We are holding the 26th meeting and I challenge anyone to come up with one decision concerning the security of the leaderships or the security of the political regimes. All decisions taken by the interior ministers concern the security of Arab citizens in all fields and the development of security agencies and cooperation among them." In reply to a question on Saudi authorities' intention to take precautionary measures to check procedures of travel by some young people to neighboring countries, Prince Naif said, "We don't prevent anyone except the suspected in this matter...Parents and families should care for their young, should not let them go alone and should accompany them. This is the best."
