A vehicle used by the European Union's law enforcement mission in Kosovo (EULEX) was attacked and damaged near the border with Serbia early Saturday, Kosovo police said. A police statement said the assailants fired shots and hurled a grenade at the vehicle in the northern part of Kosovo. "An explosion and gunfire were registered after midnight at Border Gate 31 in Brnjak. No one was injured," dpa quoted the statement as saying. EULEX was deployed to replace the UN mission in Kosovo and assist the territory's government.
