Prince Turki bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Culture and Information, inaugurated here on Sunday evening Senegalese Cultural Days. The ceremony was attended by Senegalese Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mohammed Dudu. In the name of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier, the Prince welcomed in his speech the Senegalese brothers in their second country - the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He said that he has been delighted over the success of these cultural days in Jeddah, wishing success for Senegalese Cultural Days in Riyadh, praising strong relations between Saudi Arabia and Senegal. On his part, the Senegalese Ambassador conveyed in his speech the thanks and appreciation of Senegal's President Abdoulaye Wade and Senegalese people to the King, the Crown Prince, the Second Deputy Premier, and Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja for selecting Senegal as the guest of honor to Riyadh International Book Fair 2010, in addition to the honor of holding Senegalese Cultural Days. He noted that Senegal does not nowadays represent itself only, but all Africa. The ceremony was attended by a number of officials of Ministry of Culture and Information.
