Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL) Dr Abdullah Bin Abdul-Mohsin Al-Turki received here today Indonesian ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ghatout Abdullah Mansour. Speaking on the occasion, the ambassador highlighted the Kingdom's role as regards enhancing the pillars of the Islamic solidarity. He also lauded the Kingdom's policy which is based on moderation and serving common interests of the people. The ambassador also praised the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to conduct an international dialogue for bringing about peace and realizing understanding and cooperation. Meanwhile, he handed over an invitation to Dr Al-Turki to participate in the 32rd conference for the society of 'Nahdat al-Ulema' in Indonesia, due to be held on March 22, 2010, in Makasar city, and reiterated the keenness of the Islamic institutions in Indonesia on cooperating with the MWL. On his part, Dr Al-Turki reiterated the importance of cooperation among the Islamic organizations notably in the field of introducing Islam.
