Minister of Commerce and Industry receives delegation of Indian businessmen

Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdullah bin Ahmed Zainal Alireza received here today a delegation of Indian businessmen accompanying the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
During the meeting, they reviewed ways of enhancing commercial and industrial relations between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Foreign Trade Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Hamoudi and Saudi Ambassador to India Faisal Trad.
In 2008, the volume of trade exchange between the two countries amounted to SR 103 billion. The value of exports amounted to SR 85 billion, while the value of imports amounted to SR 18 billion.
