Chadian reconciliation, the Jeddah-based Al-Madinah said thanks to the blessings of Allah Almighty as well as the mediation efforts exerted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Sudan and Chad have reached a reconciliation agreement. "These efforts provide a clear evidence of the important role being played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for narrowing the gap among the countries which are linked with bonds of religion and neighborhood and enhancing the pillars of security, stability and peace, said the daily. The paper noted that this great achievement was praised by Chadian President Idriss Debby during his meeting with King Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz last Sunday in Riyadh. The daily hoped that the reconciliation agreement would yield positive results and would have a positive impact on the two African countries notably on Sudan which had suffered a lot from civil wars in the south of the country and in Darfur too in a manner that threatened its future and unity as well as future of its generations. --MORE
