French Prime Minister Francois Fillon will pay a two-day state visit to Jordan starting Saturday, reported the officail Petra news agency and other state-run media today, according to dpa. Fillon will have talks with Jordanian leaders on the latest Middle East developments and the prospects of boosting bilateral economic and commercial ties. High on the agenda of Fillon's trip will be the signing of seven cooperation agreements, including two accords for helping Jordan to develop its peaceful nuclear capabilities and the exploration for uranium inside the Hashemite Kingdom, a government statement said.
