The Government of North Darfur represented by Sudan's Ministry of Health honored Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) in recognition of the primary health care provided by SRCA for the displaced persons at camps in Darfur. On behalf of Prince Faisal bin Abdullah, the sash, shield and certificate of appreciation were received by the SRCA Regional Director in Sudan Dr. Muala Alian Al-Jabri. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Al-Jabri said that the humanitarian support provided by the Kingdom for the people of Darfur in Sudan comes within the Kingdom's keenness on enhancing relations between two countries. He also praised the cooperation between SRCA and the officials of the state government which resulted in the success of SRCA programs there.
