Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for Military Affairs, was at the front line when Yahya Al-Khuzai, a Saudi missing soldier during the fight against infiltrators at the southern border, disembarked the plane at Riyadh Airbase after having been repatriated to the Saudi embassy in Yemen earlier today. Speaking to reporters after having been reassured of the health of the returning fighter, Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz insisted that the infiltrators should hand over the remaining four captives, confirming that no other mediators but the Yemeni government were involved in this matter. He reiterated that infiltrators were no longer in the battle field. Our border was totally purified while our armed forces are patrolling the area. The operation of mines clearance has already started with coordination with the Yemeni side, Prince Khalid said. For his part, the soldier thanked the government of the Kingdom, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for the efforts exerted for his safe release.
