Finance Minister, Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf pointed out here today that the world will witness this year a breakthrough of the current financial crisis due to economic incentive packages adopted by a number of states, stressing the importance of structural reforms conducive to sustainable development. In his speech at the beginning of the 4th International Competitiveness Forum sessions taking place in Riyadh today, he said that the Kingdom has been among the least affected countries by the crisis impact, due to a precautionary plan set to deal with the crisis in the long term. Concentrating on decreasing inflation rates, is the most important task for monetary flow, he said. -- SPA
