Qatar, Algeria sign agreements

Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim Al-Thani said here Saturday his country and Algeria would sign a number of cooperation agreements later today.
Speaking to state-run TV after arrival, Sheikh Hamad said the Qatari-Algerian relations were "important and historic."
Sheikh Hamad and Algerian Prime Minister Ahmad Oyahna will co-chair a joint committee meeting, according to a report of KUNA.
