Prince Naif to Patronize Regional Seminar on Fighting Narcotics

Under the auspices of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, the General Department of Narcotics Control, will organize here on May 27, the first regional forum on narcotics control and exchanging related information.
The three-day forum, to be participated by a prominent experts from Arab, Islamic and international worlds, will be under the supervision of the United Nations Office on Drug and Crime UNODC for the activation of bilateral and international agreements on drug control, said Maj. Gen. Othman Nasir Al Mehrej,The Director General of the MOI's General Department of Narcotics Control
Major General AL Meherej, Who is also the supervisor of the upcoming forum pointed out that holding the event under the patronage of Prince Naif, is an assertion of the Saudi leadership keenness to protect the homeland against harmful effects of narcotics, on both individual and the nation.
