The Counsil of Trustees of the Arab Council for Childhood and Development, chaired by Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, issued a number of decisions aiming at activating its role towards the problems and issues facing the Arab child. The Council decided, during today's meeting in Cairo, to start implementing the projects that conribute to providing care and protection for Arab child within the council's plan for 2010. Prince Talal also signed an agreement worth $120,000 to provide support for the Council, financed by the Arab Gulf Program for Supporting the United Nations Developmental Organizations (Agfund).
