The Saudi and Jordanian sides in the joint committee in charge of following up the executive program for a memorandum of understanding on endowments and Islamic sanctuaries held their second meeting here today. Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Ammar, Undersecretary of Islamic Affairs at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance, headed the Saudi side in the meeting while Dr. Mohammed Al-Raood, Secretary General of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic and Sanctuaries Affairs, chaired the Jordanian side. Following the meeting, Al-Ammar said the meeting fixed two training courses for Imams, callers and preachers with one to be held in Amman in Jamadi I of this year and the second in Riyadh, date of which to be fixed later. Other programs, meetings and visits were also agreed upon, he said.
