As many as 7 commerce and industry ministers in addition to India will convene in Jeddah for the 4th GCC-Indo Forum to be held on June 14 in Jeddah Chamber of commerce. The function will be attended by senior GCC officials including GCC Secretary General in addition to 300 personalities and officials, bankers and international organization. The Forum aims at exploring investment opportunities, supporting small and medium projects and technology programs. Speaking on the occasion, Musatfa Sabri, the Secretary General of Jeddah Chamber said that India is the second fastest growing major economy in the world during the past year, benefiting from major tax reforms and the initiatives of market liberalization and privatization. It is the fastest-growing telecoms markets in the world and the largest consumer of gold jewelry, and the operator of the largest sugar refinery.
