The Israeli occupying forces surrounded today Khirbet Tana, near the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus in the West Bank and then started large-scale demolitions of houses belonging to Palestinian Herders, Palestinian sources said today. Thirty-five families reside in Khirbet Tana, comprising about 220 citizens working in agriculture and livestock and living in an area of no more than 2 kilometers out of hundreds of acres that belong to them. Khaleel Mohammed Khaleel Al Alami was arrested at home. In addition, the Israeli army searched the detainee"s house, assaulted and insulted his family and tampered with the household items.
