Egypt reported on Saturday four more death cases of influenza A/H1N1, bringing the nationwide death toll to 145, Xinhua quoted the Health Ministry as saying in a statement. The dead came from the govern orates of Qena, Daqahliya and Minya, said the statement. Up till now, Egypt has reported more than 10,777 cases of the novel flu, according to the Health Ministry.
