Partial Lunar Eclipse occurs in Saudi Arabia

Scholar Astronomer at King Saud University and Member of Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Science, Abdulaziz bin Sultan Al-Shammari said that a partial eclipse of the Moon took place last night in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He also said that 8 percent of the diameter of the Moon was covered by the umbral shadow of the Earth.
The Eclipse Prayer was performed in the Two Holy Mosques and other mosques in the Kingdom.
