SPA highlights Saudi achievements and events in 2009 11 Riyadh

Assaf led the Kingdom"s delegation to the meetings of the Extraordinary Sessions of Arab Economic and Social Council in Cairo.
On September 08, 2009, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia topped the Middle East and Arab World countries in the field of the best investment environment, according to the Doing Business 2010 report.
On September 09, 2009, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi led the Kingdom"s delegation to the meeting of OPEC in Vienna.
