Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Humaid, the President of the Supreme Council of Judiciary and the President of International Fiqh Academy received here today Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) at the Council"s headquarters in Nasiriyah. Dr. Bin Humaid reviewed with Ihsanoglu the reform process of the Saudi judicial system including the approval of the new judiciary system and reformation of the Supreme Council of Judiciary and the establishment the Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia and the Court of Appeal in addition to a number of judiciary regulations. They also discussed aspects of cooperation between the two bodies.
