The Speaker of Shoura Council, Dr. Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh, received here today, the visiting Speaker of Singapore"s Parliament, Abdullah Tarmugi. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed and discussed issues pertaining to enhancing cooperation between the two Parliaments, and agreed on improving of their Common Parliamentary Friendship Committees. The meeting was attended by the Shoura Council Deputy Speaker, Dr. Bandar bin Hamza Hajjar, Assistant of the Speaker, Dr. Abdurrahman bin Abdullah Al-Barak, the Secretary General of Shoura Council, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, President of Saudi - Singaporean friendship parliamentary committee, Engineer Abdulmohsin Al-Zaki and a number of the Shoura Council senior officials. The meeting also was attended from the Singaporean side by the accompanying delegation including Singaporean Parliamentarians, and Singaporean Ambassador to the Kingdom Wong Kwok Pun. --SPA
