Iranian President receives UAE Foreign Minister

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
received here today Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed
Al Nahyan.
Sheikh Abdullah conveyed the best wishes of UAE President Sheikh Khalifa
bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and
Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Makhtoum to the Iranian
head of state.
The meeting dealt with ways of boosting bilateral relations. Sheikh Abdullah
stressed the importance of enhancing these bonds.
As he welcomed Sheikh Abdullah, the Iranian President praised agreements
signed at the end of the two-day meeting of the joint ministerial committee.
The meeting was attended Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister
of Foreign Trade; Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Culture,
Youth and Community Development and Dr. Hadef Jowan Al Dhahiri,
Minister of Justice.
