U.S. President Barack Obama will accept his Nobel Peace Prize this week in Oslo, the White House said Monday. Obama departs for Oslo on Wednesday to accept the award the next day. “We'll address directly the notion … that many have wondered, which is the juxtaposition of the timing for the Nobel Peace Prize and his commitment to add more troops into Afghanistan,” said spokesman Robert Gibbs. “That's probably something that he will address,” Gibbs told reporters.
