One person was killed and 11 others were wounded Wednesday when a suicide attacker blew himself up outside the entrance of the local naval headquarters in Pakistan"s capital, a senior government official said. The suicide bomber detonated explosives he was hiding under his coat when security officials stopped him at the entrance to the headquarters, said Captain Mobeen Ashraf Bajwa. A security officer was killed, Bajwa said. Seven navy employees and four civilians were wounded, he said. The attack occurred about 1:35 p.m. local time (3:35 a.m. ET), CNN reported.
