Prince Khalid Alfaisal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Makkah Region and Chairman of the Central Hajj Committee, reasserted the completion of the arrival of pilgrims to Mina this day in all ease and comfort to spend the Day of Watering (Tarwayah.) In a press statement, he thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud , Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, and Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the state"s service of pilgrims. Prince Khalid stated that the rain that fell today on Makkah and the holy sites caused no damage. Prince Khalid highlighted the success of the campaign that emphasizes the necessity of attaining a license to perform Hajj highlighting efforts to develop the holy sites by the kingdom.
