The Secretary-General of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Atiyyah, has praised the wisdom and statesmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his wise government in dealing with the armed infiltrators who violated Saudi territory. In a statement today, he hailed high morale, dedication and sincerity of Saudi Armed Forces in protecting their territory. "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is able to protect its territory and secure its borders,” he said. Al-Atiyyah reiterated that any infringement on the security of the Kingdom harms the security of all GCC countries as security is indivisible. He affirmed the support of GCC states to the Kingdom to preserve its security, stability and prosperity as well as the safety of its citizens and residents on its territory.
