Dr. Yusuf Ahmed Al Othaimeen, The Minister of Social Affairs left here today for Muscat at the head of the Saudi delegation to attend the 26th session of the GCC Social ministerial Council starting its works tomorrow in the Omani capital. The session and its sideline joint discussions will include a number of items on the agenda namely a study on The Gulf Cooperation Council"s social insurance systems and social assistance, the project of Unified regulations and rights of persons with disabilities as well as juvenile offenders and their problems and requirements for modernizing the concerned administrative authorities in the GCC Member States. The GCC is comprised of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
