Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) celebrated today the 50th anniversary of its establishment. The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Civil Service Mohammed bin Ali Al-Fayez, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of IPA; and a number of Ulema, ministers and senior officials. Following a speech ceremony held on this occasion, the Minister of Civil Service inaugurated the five-day activities held by IPA on this event, including the "International Conference for Administrative Development: Towards Excellence in Public Sector Performance" as well as the International Book Fair on Administrative Sciences. --SPA
