Cargo plane crashes in eastern Russia, 11 dead

A cargo aircraft crashed soon after taking off from the eastern Russian city of Yakutsk, killing all 11 people on board, Russian news agencies reported on Sunday.
The plane, belonging to the interior ministry, crashed about 3 km (two miles) from Yakutsk at the start of a flight to Irkutsk, RIA news agency said.
