Serbia"s foreign minister says the Balkan country"s road toward European Union membership should be unblocked because it is doing all it can to catch war crimes fugitives, according to AP. The Netherlands has blocked EU trade and aid relations with Serbia until Belgrade arrests Ratko Mladic, an indicted Bosnian Serb war criminal, for trial in a U.N. tribunal. Serbia says it cannot locate him. Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic said Thursday his country is «doing everything» to catch the wartime Bosnian Serb army commander and another fugitive, «and there is nothing more we can do at this moment» to prove «our full cooperation» with the tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands. --SPA
