The Ministerial Joint Sub-Committee of Saudi-Qatari Coordination Council held a meeting here on Tuesday under co-chairmanship of Minister of State and Cabinet"s Member, the Head of the Saudi side at the Sub-Committee Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Eiban and Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud. The Sub-Committee discussed the topics submitted by the Preparatory Committee of Saudi-Qatari Coordination Council , which was held earlier on Tuesday. In a press statement, Dr. Al-Eiban stressed that relations between the two countries are deep-rooted, noting that the Coordination Council has been a framework for cooperation, adding that effective cooperation has been existing on guidelines and directives of the leaderships of the two countries. --SPA
