Saudi, Italian Centers sign cooperation pact

The Center of Excellence, affiliated to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research of Umm Al Qura University has signed an agreement on research and technical cooperation with the Center of Advanced Systems Research and Artificial Intelligence of the Italian Milan University.
The agreement confirmed the forming of joint research teams between the two centers and the use of advanced technologies for specialized studies in transportation, traffic and crowd management during the Hajj and Umrah seasons.
