In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to meet the humanitarian situation and relieve people affected by the earthquake that recently struck the city of Padang in Sumatra, a Saudi relief plane arrived at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport here today. The plane was laden with 83 tons of food stuffs. The plane was received by Saudi Ambassador to Indonesia Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Amin Al-Khayat and a number of officials. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Saudi Ambassador said that the relief air bridge emanates from the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to help all countries affected with natural disasters.
