Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Dr. Ahmad bin Mohammad Alsalim stressed the kingdom's support for Iraq and its genuine interest in constructive and fruitful cooperation with Iraq and neighboring countries to achieve peace, security and stability for the peaceful Muslim peoples. In a speech he delivered while leading the kingdom's delegation at the opening session of the preparatory meeting for the 6th meeting of the interior ministers of Iraq's neighboring countries in Sharm Alsheikh today, he said, "The concern is common and crime is an enemy for all. Security is in the interest of our homelands and societies." Dr. Alsalim highlighted Saudi efforts to control borders and crossing points between the kingdom and Iraq. Dr. Alsalim conveyed greetings of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Interior Minister, to those attending the meeting wishing them success.
