The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud left here today for Damascus on an official visit to Syria in response to an invitation from President Bashar Al-Assad.
At King Abdulaziz International Airport, the King was seen off by Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior; Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz; Prince Mamdouh bin Abdulaziz; Prince Khalid bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Prince Dr. Khalid bin Faisal bin Turki Al Saud, Undersecretary of the National Guard for the Western Sector; Prince Turki Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal; Prince Misha'al bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jeddah Province; Prince Mohammed bin Mansour bin Joluwi, Assistant Undersecretary of the National Guard for Technical Affairs of the Western Sector; Prince Abdulaziz bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Faisal; Prince Abdulaziz bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz; and Prince Abdulmajeed bin Abdul-Elah bin Abdulaziz.
The King was also seen off by a number of senior civil and military officials and a group of citizens.
