The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of condolences to Philippines' President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on the victims of floods that hit the country resulting in deaths, damages and missing people. In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King expressed deep condolences and sincere sympathy to the President, the victims' families and the friendly people of the Philippines.
