Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said today that Turkey and Armenia will establish diplomatic ties on Oct. 10, according to AP. He also said that the deal to establish relations would be signed by the countries' foreign ministers. The deal also foresees the reopening of the Turkish-Armenian border. It must be approved by the countries' parliaments.
