Hong Kong reported 446 newly confirmed cases of influenza A/H1N1 in the 24 hours up to 2:30 p.m. Monday, bringing the number of the city's cumulative cases to 22,500, Xinhua quoted local health authorities as saying. The new cases involved 255 males and 191 females, aged between 28 days and 86 years, said the Department of Health of Hong Kong. Meanwhile, Hong Kong's Hospital Authority said currently a total of 196 confirmed patients are staying in public hospitals for treatment. Among them, 181 are in stable condition, eight in serious condition and seven in critical condition.
