Saudi ambassador to the US Adel al-Jubeir, members of the embassy's staff and a group of the Saudi community in the US performed Eid-al-Fitr prayers at the embassy. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Abdullah Khoj, the director of the Islamic center in Washington, lauded the efforts of the Saudi government in the service of Islam and Muslims. He pointed out that the Saudi government has been advocating dialogue, tolerance and peace as well as adherence to the proper principles of Islam.
