The number of establishments taking part in the system of social insurance stood at 192,685 at the end of 1429H, an increase of 15% in comparison with 1428H. These establishments are split into 1,137 governmental ones and the rest of the 191,548 establishments are private ones. In a report issued today, the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) noted that the private sector establishments accounted for 99.4% of the total establishments while the public sector establishments accounted for 0.6% by the end of 1429H. The report showed that the number of Saudi establishments taking part in the social insurance system amounted to 190,312 establishments, equaling to 98.8% of total establishments, and non-Saudi establishments stood at 1,471, representing 0.67%, and the remaining 0.47% for Saudi and foreign establishments. --MORE
