Macao reported 76 newly confirmed cases of Influenza A/H1N1 on Sunday, bringing the cumulative number of such patients to 1,746, Xinhua reported. The newly confirmed cases comprised 34 female and 42 male patients, whose ages ranged from 10 months to 52, Macao's Health Bureau said. Some of the cases were found in classes of four local high schools, and the Bureau has ordered these classes to be suspended. Statistics from the Bureau showed that some 13 patients who tested positive for the A/H1N1 virus were still receiving medical treatments at local hospitals, but their health conditions remained stable.
